Saturday 7th November 2011 saw the Kilmacud Crokes senior hurlers confirm their AHL1 final place with a 2-10 to 0-10 victory over Lucan Sarsfields in the unusual setting of Pairc de Burca. Played on a very pleasant afternoon Crokes trailed 0-8 to 0-5 at the interval. A much improved second half display that included goals from Barry Mulligan, an overhead double, and Ronan Walsh secured the points. To the fore were the O’Carroll brothers Ross and Rory, Naomhan O’Rearden, James Burke and Jude Sweeney. For photographs see HERE or click on the photo below!
