Junior A's draw with Raheny in League

The Junior A team played Raheny in the league on Sunday morning, 19 August 2012 in Pairc De Burca. Raheny opened the scoring with a couple of points before Jonathan opened our account with a free. This was quickly followed by a point from Justin. Raheny then scored a goal, to go ahead again. However, we struck back with a point from Karl from long distance. Richie and Cathal traded points with our visitors, to leave the score at half time Crokes 0-05 Raheny 1-05.

In the second half we attacked from the throw in and Richie TIghe scored a fine point. This was followed by a goal from Richie Power, to put us ahead. However, Raheny came back with a second goal from a 20 metre free, before Karl put over another fine point. Then Justin put us ahead with a great goal, after some sustained pressure. Raheny came back with another point, before Justin closed our scoring with another point. Raheny came back with two frees to draw the match.

The final score was Kilmacud Crokes 2-08, Raheny 2-08
