FIRST DUBLIN FINAL OF NEW DECADE BECKONS!

Contrary to what many people might believe, Kilmacud Crokes is a relatively young club - just look at the History page on this web-site.  Nevertheless the club's impact on the GAA world goes from strength to strength.  Coming after 3 Dublin successes in the 1990's (incl 1 All Irl title in 1995) and 3 more in the Noughties (incl another All Irl in 2009), our senior team today won their way to another Dublin Senior Final.  Arch rivals, St Vincents, lost out by 1 point in an absorbing game in the Indian Summer conditions that befell Parnell Park today.  Full match report at this link and various photos below courtesy of Cyril Loughlin, John Sheehy and Daire Brennan (see video highlights posted separately).  All is now set for a battle royale versus St. Brigids in the final on Sunday next - 4pm Parnell Park.  All to play for so .... watch this space!!
