FOOTBALL AGM NOTICE
 
Fully paid-up Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club Members only are eligible to vote
on Motions and elect Officers to the Football Committee.
 
Motions and Nominations for election of Officers to the Committee are to
be with the Football Secretary not later than 9 pm on Wednesday 9th of
November 2011 either by:

  • Leaving in a sealed envelope in the Football Post Box in the Clubhouse at Glenalbyn. The Envelope to be addressed to the Football Secretary.

Motions and Nominations must be Proposed and Seconded.  Proposers and Seconders must hold fully paid-up GAA Membership of Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club.

Any nominee for election to the Football Committee must have indicated a
willingness to take up the nominated position and must be a fully paid-up
Member of Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club.
 
GAA CLUB AGM NOTICE
 
The Annual General Meeting of Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club will take place in the function roomin Glenalbyn House on Monday 12th of December at 8.30pm.  Resolutions for theAGM must be submitted in writing and signed by at least
two club members,to the secretary at least two weeks before the meeting.Nominations for officers of the executive committee of Kilmacud Crokes should besubmitted in writing to the secretary at least seven days before the meeting.The agenda and resolutions will be circulated to members at least one weekbefore the AGM.
