BIG CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK!

Well done to Pat Burke and all involved in tonight's great Inter Champ win over Ballyboden in O'Toole Pk.  The final score was 0-6 to 0-5 after trailing 0-3 to 0-2 at half-time in a tight game.  To make matters worse, Crokes were reduced to 14 men shortly before half-time so the victory is all the sweeter as a result!  Judicious substitutions in the 2nd half worked a treat and paved the way for ultimate success.  We hope to bring you more details on this and on our Junior A and B teams champ. outings asap ... Team Managers take note:-)

Our senior team makes its debut in the Dublin Senior Championship tomorrow evening in Newcastle against Naomh Maur (7.15pm).  All Crokes supporters will be keen to see how the team lines out and what style will be adopted under new manager, Hugh Kenny, in his debut Dublin championship game - no pressure!  Hugh is pictured below being welcomed to Stillorgan by Football Chairman, John Shovlin, earlier this year.  We wish him, his management team and all the players every success!
