Death Notice JJ Burke RIP

It is with great sadness that the KIlmacud Crokes GAA Club community has learned of the news of the passing of JJ Burke.  JJ is dad to Pat Burke, fellow Kcwheeler and M2M cyclist. Pat is an All Ireland club final winner with Kilmacud Crokes, as is his son Pat Burke Junior.  JJ, Celia and family were great hosts on our m2m cycles when we stopped off in their home in Quilty. We send our condolences and sympathies to Pat senior, junior and all the extended Burke family on JJ's  passing,  May he rest in peace,  Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam

The death has occurred of JJ Burke, Quilty, Co. Clare. Died peacefully on May 1st 2025.

Deeply regretted by his wife Celia, daughters Celia and Loraine, sons Patrick, Donal and Dermot, daughters in law Siobhan, Felicity and Marion, son in law Brian. His adored grandchildren, Pat, Shona, Aoife, Nicole, Natalie, Sorcha, Chantel, Caoilinn, Shay, Gráinne, Emer, Conor and Niall, great grandchildren, his sister Bridget, brother in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews , relatives and friends.

Reposing in Star of the Sea Church Quilty on Saturday the 3rd of May from 4pm with prayers at 6pm. Funeral mass on Sunday the 4th of May at 12.30 pm. Burial afterwards in Quilty cemetery.
