HIS MARCUSS VOICE - NOW ON TV3!

Hot on the heels of Barry O'Rorke's impressive debut as a TG4 pundit, we would like to congratulate Marcus Ó'Buachalla on his new commentating role with TV3/e3, starting with the All Irl Minor Hurling Final on Sunday next ... details below.  Marcus is one of the prime organisers of our All Ireland Sevens Football competition.  Indeed his dulcet tones can be heard emanating from the Sevens control room each year (see photo) as the event unfolds - good training for his new role!  Marcus has been active in Kilmacud team mgt circles also and manages to "tog out" on a regular basis.  He is no stranger to the broadcasting world, Gaeilge nó Béarla, and continues a growing tradition of excellent media contribution from his family and the Kilmacud fraternity in general.  All in the club wish him the very best with this latest venture.

On September 18th, TV3 will return to Croke Park to showcase the All-Ireland Minor Football Final and Matt will be back in studio along with Peter Canavan, Senan Connell and Liam Hayes. Once again, 3e will be providing the commentary as Gaeilge with Marcus Ó Buachalla and Seán Óg De Paor. TV3 Group Commercial Director, Pat Kiely said: "TV3 Group is set to cover the All-Ireland Minor Finals like never before. We will not only offer the most comprehensive coverage ever given to these matches but, for the first time, offer a choice of commentary across our two channels. Watching the "Minor" in Irish is a tradition we are delighted to honour and offer as an option to all our viewers. We look forward to being in Croke Park on the two biggest Sundays of the year as we continue to extend our coverage of Gaelic Games".
